#MoveYoSelf and #MoveYoFamily

Use THIS document to get your family moving during your staycation. Allow for all family members to come up with and differentiate exercises to their own needs and challenges. It will look different for all of you. However, by being active together you will share the enjoyment of movement and a little bit of joy is very appreciated when being ”stuck” in the house. My recommendation is to have two #MoveYoFamily activities a day. Once in the morning around 11:00 and once in the afternoon around 16:00. In our household we call the morning activity #MoveYoSelf and the afternoon activity #MoveYoSelfonWheels. For this last one we look at what modes of transportation we have available and we choose how to keep rolling, sometimes we switch modes along the way. With some creativity and determination you can also bring the circuit inside the house.  

Enjoy your staycation and don’t forget to send a postcard to your friends and family to let them know you are thinking of them ;)
